i am not sure how long a exposure this camera shot from the hubble took. so not sure how fast this matter might be traveling through the galaxy at.

well by matter i mean photons perhaps or even more solid matter for all we know

this suggests a TIME dimension to me or is proof of a time distortion in space

what if

also seems or looks like matter expelled in some collision with other galaxy or like kind matter.
